Cancellations & Changes

  1. An order may not be cancelled after the item(s) have been shipped.
  2. If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, the customer will be charged a 30% restocking fee plus actual freight for delivery and return (promotional discounts do not apply).
  3. Any quantity changes to an existing order must be done within 24 hours after original date/time of order payment having been processed.
  4. A full 100% refund will be made if any product is not shipped and within 30 days of original order payment processed date. This is item specific and does not apply to partial delivery of multiple items.

Damaged Shipments & Returns

  1. If the product is damaged while being transported all claims must be made with the shipping company.
  2. If the shipment is refused or undeliverable, the customer will be charged a 30% restocking fee plus actual freight for delivery and return.
  3. Items opened and damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return.
  4. Returns must first be authorized by contacting our Customer Support department and requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). The RMA number must be written on a copy of the receipt and said copy must be included in the return shipment.

We strive to maintain the most competitive pricing available to provide you with the most affordable choice for shopping online. Information on our website may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted and placed your order). Please note that such errors or inaccuracies may be related to product descriptions, pricing and availability. In the event of a pricing error, we will provide you with the following options: (1) to proceed with the transaction based on the corrected information; or (2) to cancel your order/transaction. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Our Guarantee

Upon inspection, if you are not happy with the product for any reason, you can send it back for a full refund less the actual round trip delivery charges and restocking fee.

Precision Multiple Controls, Inc. timers are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of shipment. Precision will replace, without charge, any timer which fails because of defective workmanship or materials during the guarantee period and which is returned to Precision, transportation prepaid. The guarantee does not apply to (a) damage caused by accident, units struck by lightning, abuse or mishandling, dropping; (b) units which have been subject to unauthorized repair, opened, taken apart; (c) units not used in accordance with directions, such as on an incorrect power supply.

Precision is not responsible for any other loss or damage which may arise through the use of this product. The guarantee expressly does not include any other costs such as the cost of removal of defective parts, installation, labor or consequential damages of any kind.

Precision Multiple controls, Inc. assumes no responsibility for proper selection and installation of its products. The foregoing is in lieu of all other guarantees expressed, implied, or statutory, and Precision Multiple Controls, Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes and person to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with said products.
